I am having this bike since jan 2013 and this is my review after using this bike for around 4 years.
Looks: looks really great as compared to other 125 cc commuter bike as the name suggest sports tourer so this bike is quite sporty in look , open chaispocket and single monoshock add to the sportiness of this bike.
Engine: its powered by a 125 cc engine which produces a 13ps of power which is more that all the bike in 125 cc segment , its a 4 valve twinspark dtsi engine so the milege of this bike is also good.
Performance: the pickup of this bike is very good but the engine lack smoothness , it has 5 speed gears which helps us to stretch the bike.it performs quite well in city as well as in highways and their are no heating problems with engine.
Milege: this is best part about bajaj, bajaj is famous for providing good milege bike the company claims around 72 but in city it gives me around 55-60 kmpl which is quite satisfactory from a 125 cc bike.
Service: the service of this bike from authorised is quite cheap and it costs me around 300-1000 depending upon the parts that are going to be changed.
Now lets talk about afew negatives of this bike:
Lack of smoothness: the engine is powerful but it lacks smoothness.
Brakes: the front brake sometimes gives a lot of problems.
No digital console: bajaj could have provided a digital meter console as provided by its competitor.
Thats all in negatives.
Now the price: in mp it costed me around 62000 onroad.
Final verdict: overall value for money bike by bajaj.
