I am having discover 125 st. I bought this in 8 Dec 2015. It is almost a 1.5 years since now and suddenly my bike engine stop working.When I asked Sai Service lower parel Mumbai center send some engineer to see my bike they upfront denied to send someone visit they said they don't have doorstep services. After I called to customer care and lounged a complaint against than they send one mechanic from Andheri Sai service.He check and started the bike but after few hours agin it stop working then I toe my bike in tempo and dropped it to Andheri Sai Service center.
Service center manager Himanshu said that will check and will let u know about the problem. After 3 days they called me and told me that we found fuel mixing in your tank because of that some parts of engine got break and it won't cover in warranty.
I was wondering that always I fill fuel from authorised petrol pump Indian oil or HP petrol pump.How I came to know whether petrol is fuel mix or genuine one.
If it is there I asked them to provide me in writing that you won't get warranty because of this reasons but they upfront denied to provide the same.I asked them to send this issue to bajaj superiors but deny that also.
I am totally fed up with their services they are now ignoring my calls and whenever they picked my calls give fake excuses to me about my bike.They are not co operative at all.They just want to increase the costing of their service centre.They are just making fool to customer.
I am tense now what to do because I bought this bike for low maintenance but it cost me more now.
Andheri service manager Himanshu is not cooperating at all. My bike with them since 3 weeks but I did not received any positive reply from them.Now they are asking me to pay the amount which is break down or else pay parking charges per day 100 rupees. They are black mailing me by giving this excuses.
I just want my bike to cover in warranty because it's only 1.5 years old and I got 2 years engine warranty.
I am a genuine customer of Bajaj but I never expect this from their end.
I will take them to consumer court then they will provide me in writing everything.
I want people to provide me some solution about this issue.Please help me out.
