I purchased this in October 2002. I bought it keeping in mind the name of Bajaj. I can’t expect such a worst & third class product from Bajaj Auto. My life has worsened since purchase.
For the first six months, it gave starting & running trouble. The authorised Dealer was not able to detect the problem. Daily. I had to suffer when it breaks down in morning and evening.
Once it suddenly broke down in the middle of the road. The problem as reported by the dealer was that a bolt fall inside the engine assembly and I don’t know how much problem it created inside. The mileage was not greater than 55.
Now after 15 months, it needs an expenditure of approx 4500 for changing pisto, rings etc. It is consuming Engine oil. Whole of the Engine oil gets consumed on 20 days. Fuel average is coming to be 48 kmpl.
Therefore, I suggest the readers of this review to please don’t buy this scooter.
Please don’t buy.
