Any suggestions for problem with my calliber 115?

I own a calliber 115 since 2004, & I experienced the smoothest rides of my life since then, but had started giving me problem since 2011 when a foolish electric welder burned its electrical circuits during welding while I went to him to get repaired damaged side stand of the bike. I got its circuits repaired & since then I miss its smoothness of riding, few days earlier it suddenly started giving an average of 30-40(from 55-60 previously) & it was felt while driving that something is pulling the byke from behind while it is running.

I went to my mechanic( who is a bajaj trained & very experienced mechanic himself) & he told it's a problem of CDI, but since I could not found its original spares in the city/agency he changed it with CDI of old calliber (the two has a difference that calliber 115 has CDI having two input sockets/ports for electrical wires while old calliber has only single port). The problem remained corrected for some days now but I am facing same problem again.

I have given the vehicle to agency people also but they are unable to diagnose the problem is that a problem due to CDI? can anybody suggest me something regarding solution of this problem? I miss my byke's smooth driving & noiseless engine. Any solution please.
