As we get happy to avail the bajaj auto finance as they do it with very low document and easy process and also the loan get quick approval, but once you get the loan then they will not give you appropriate service as per their commitment.
I was having a Bajaj auto finance, but due to their mistake ECS was not cleared from my bank although I was enough credit, but they started putting cheque bounce charge on each month, while complaining to the local office, they said me to write down a mail to the head office, then said contact my bank for the issue, then again they charge me for cheque bounce, and after clearing all EMI dues, they did not give me clearance as I ahd not given the bounce charges, and it took me 3 months to fight with them to get the NOC with out giving any fine. I really get harassed because of this service, it is because they are having very non professional employees.
