Hi friends my name is Shyam . And I took 1 policy form bajajallianz you know what my mistake is that I took that policy from bajajallianz friends you believe or not It is 100% true that time the policy got issued it was only 3 days and now I am facing a one problem with that actually I took this policy online so my problem is that I am smoker. When I took this policy I clearly told to that salesperson I am smoker and I am doing that from last 18 to 19 years he said it won't be create any kind of trouble for that I said OK and when my policy got successfully issued I saw inside of that that detail is not mentioned it means of that it is mentioned I am not a smoker person then I had called in Bajaj Allianz customer care regarding for that they say it's a simply you have to drop a one mail and our underwriting team they will look for that then they will help you as soon as possible and believe me friend that conversation it was 1 and a half month back and today still my problem is not resolve just because of that I stop making payment for my premium and every Monday I am calling in Bajaj Allianz customer care regarding for my problem they are stating that so we forward your concern our underwriting team take some more time regarding for your query this is not my mistake just because of your sales person did the mistake why should I bet they cancel my policy and the whatever the premiums paid that just refund me that amount. I don't want to continue with your company it is only three or four month you guys are doing this kind of stuff I don't know when my policy got fully mature at that time what exactly you guys are going to do that. So they are stating that this is not possible . Not only that one time I spoke to one of the customer care executive he said that it is a violation of policy might be you will be not getting any kind of return from her and I said how come if your sales person did the mistake I am affront calling you regarding for my problem. And you guys are not able to solve my problem so how come it was my mistake is that he said that . Until now I haven't got any kind of reply from that side very worst company I do not recommend you go for that they will cheat you.
