I have about 4 different policies from bajaj allianze life insurance; And holding 4 different experiences once of which is as follow:
Taken Bajaj allianz Super Cash Gain policy in Feb, 2012 with premium of 83500 per annum; Failed to pay premium on 3rd and 4th year due to disable; Able to start working from past 6 month, Recently tried reaching the fellow who selled the policy and he doesn't bother to help or advice. Then call to customer care, after several calls they said your policy is lapsed and can't take it.they behavior is very very bad;
I recollect; while taking policy I had good cup of tea.But now its very bad now.
I understand the company policies must be their or you may not be able to help.But I lost my money . Every case would be the same.you have to verify before closing my account without my permission or understanding policy holders condition.
