I had a full debt car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz. I bought it for Rs.17000/-.
I had a Car Accident and I applied for a claim of Rs.9500/- only. on top of that, I needed to pay Rs.1000/- and loss of NCB of Rs.3500/-.
But they denied to approve the claim. When I tried to contact customer care, they don't answer the call for around 20 mins and when they did that, then they ask me to call in other departments and so on.
It was very harassing and irritating response from them always. After doing all this, I did not get any answer from their side.
Very Very Worse Experience!
