In one line, for motor insurance: pathetic after sales services. people do not respond. if you buy a policy from bajaj, you will be stuck in a bad place.
you can keep on listening to recorded IVRs. People do not care that you are facing problems.
They register false claims in your policy just to show that you have made claims and when you ask details, nobody will respond to you.
I have been calling them for days. But probably they are too busy in getting more bakras then responding to queries.
lesson learnt is, one should try calling these people to check response from teams before subscribing to the policies. otherwise just end up getting stuck in call ques for hours.
