I have been trying to renew my Car policy via website from past 8 days but every time it get stuck/hang at payment page. I complained to IVR/CC agent but no help.
Even no response received on email complaint till date.
I have tried all methods like IE11, Google chrome, net banking, credit card but in vain.
I am selecting BA as policy provider bcoz it quotes are lesser than other GIC companies.
In Oriental, National my car variant is not listed in their website, else I would have gone with those companies.
