I like the quick fast method you have implemented for renewal of the policy. With that help I could get address of cashless garage. The only thing it didnt cover was the road side assistance which I think they should have covered. The cost of consumables was also not covered. Due to this I had to pay 3.2k out of the 56k total bill. Overall experience by the surveyor and the call centre was very satisfactory. I would prefer to renew my insurance with Bajaj Allianz only if they can provide road side assistance and consumables cost.
