My family friend happened to be an insurance agent of Bajaj Allianz insurance company. He explained the various policies & the benefits we will get after investing he was following us to take one policy .Because of his repeated follow up we have taken one policy in which we have to pay insurance premium for 3 years & we will get the amount after 5 years the sum insured & the benefits .
We have paid the insurance premium every year for 3 years . But after 5 year we have claimed the sum insured & the benefits , but besides benefits the amount we have paid we could not got back, we have been following with the company , but their staff is irresponsible not attending & the agent through the policy was taken is also not responding . So the advice is one should not go with the advertisement of insurance companies but should compare with other insurance companies & the take the policy but be away from Bajaj Allianz general insurance.
