I was paid for my family health Policy No:OG-17-1201-6021-00000022 on 23 dec. But still did not get my cards and original documents of my policy. first of all I was trying to reach through my agent but he says that he don't know where is hold your policy. After that I mail to their customer service but still did not get their valuable responce!
On twenty first feb they reply me that. This is with reference to the below email regarding policy cancellation, your request has been registered with us under Issue No 65922457.
We would request you to extend your co-operation till the time so as to help us to get the issue resolved.
