I had purchased Bajaj Aliance life insurance product named "Family Care". I used to recieve calls daily to purchase the product, the sales representative informed me that He is an employee of Bajaj Aliance. I persumption went wrong on the day I purchased the policy. Once I made the payment, then there was no follow-up, I have to personally followup and track about the policy. The customer care is behaving as of some crime we did by purchasing the policy.
I had opted for ECS facility during the purchase of the policy. The ECS was never done, and they never bothered to rectify, even mails were treated as spam. I was made to physically visit the branch office and sort the matter.
I really felt bad I made a wrong decision of purchasing the family care policy, paying an high perimum where in other insurance companies provide the same with less preimum.
I would request the readers to read the terms and conditions then go with the goodie goodie words to the sales representatives. The sales reps are outsourced employee who are interested in getting the commision then look at the interest of the consumers.
