I’ve been drinking Bailey’s for easily 20 years. I love it’s rich smooth taste. I have always enjoyed it over ice after dinner. It is also a favorite ingredient in hot coffee drinks. Bailey’s and coffee is wonderful-a creamier ’’Irish’’ coffee. It is often combined with another liqueur such as Fra Angelico (A ’’Nutty Irishman’’) or Kahlua.

My husband is fond of it over ice cream-especially coffee or vanilla.

One thing we’ve found. There is NO substitute for Bailey’s. Don’t be tempted by less expensive irish cream liqueurs-there is no comparison.
