I do not want to sound negative, but the nizampet branch school is less value based institution. I was surprised today that the director is chewing gum in her office talking to parents. How absurd can this be in our value system? No parent would their kid to see such mediocrity in their day-to-day interaction.
Few weeks back, I have a bad experience of the principal arguing over a question on why she is asking to pay up the fee again before the school commenced (the parent has already paid 10k before at the admission time). You can understand their source of motivation. One other thing is they are defensive in the approach, a lot of improvement is required in interactions.
From the last year of so of our association with school, the teachers have been reasonable but do not know if they are really trained and qualified (again this is shadow impression from the management). To summarize, there is an urgent need for Bachpan top management (Delhi) to counsel the nizampet management and suggest corrective measures and improve their standard. May be few trainings and workshops will help them.
