This really stormed the indian film industry with it's different storyline and unique handling.
never before , had the hero played the role of a villain also.and that too such a sadistic villain who kills inocent ppl without blinking an eyelid.
it really shhok up everyone andmade shahrukh a star.shahrukh's performance was also ok , though he over-acted a lot as usual.
a couple of songs which were hummable added to the profit of the film and contributed in making it a hit.
