To begin with I got the connection in 2 days as promised.I was also promised that the speed would be in the range of 256 kbps to 2 mbps.I am still wondering what made them make such tall claims.
Right
now i am getting a speed of 0.2 kbps ,which remains for the major part of the day.At night its even worse. Forget about downloading,even browsing takes minutes or sometimes hours.For example, a simple google.com page takes about 2 minutes to open.Such is the pathetic bandwidth.
I called the BSNL technical people.No body gave me any assurance.They said they themself dont know what the reason could be.And also dont know the exact number of days or months will take to solve the problem.
I was better using GPRS rather than this awful and pathetically slow BOREband called BSNL EVDO
I am seriously thinking about quitting this EVDO plan if the speed does not improve.
