My modem stopped working and I registered a complaint. Some lineman called my home number and informed that the issue has been resolved and they closed the complaint. Dont understand how they could fix
a modem from a remote location. I called the customer care and upon asking how they could close a complaint without resolving it, they hung up since she didnt have an answer. I finally got hold of a rude lineman who asked me to take the modem to his office for him to check it !!
On the other hand, my friend who has an Airtel connection says that though the customer care center promises to fix any issue within 12 hrs, a lineman calls within 20 mins and resoves it. And they listen to you and are empathetic towards customers..
Im disconnecting my BSNL connection and going in for Airtel. I dont have time to carry a 300 rupee modem between their offices.
When will the public sector companies ever learn?? Funny..
