I’ve a BB Connection since last 6 months, initially I had some hiccups but it was working great upto say January, something has changes since Jan the connection gets cut / interrupted sometimes 5 -6 times an hour & thats terribly upsetting, I hope the dept at Valsad Tel do something about it.

I am sure most people are facing the problem, but arent complaining, or simply cant do anything about it because BSNL being a PSU has its own style of functioning. Just like the private operators took over the mobile telephony, some day they will find the way to beat the advantage of last mile copper wire connectivity of BSNL, and, the 1 mover advantage it enjoys, it then probably this great organisation will sit up & wonder or think what struck the consumer off.

There are many many people like me who have over 4 decades of association with the BSNL and we would surely love to see this great PSU not only survive but prosper, to the mutual benifit for itself & the people of our country.
