I have a BSNL dataone broadband connection with tariff of Rs250 per month for 1GB usage.
Any usage over 1GB is charged at Rs 0.90 per MB.
My bill for May 2008 showed billing for Rs 750 (unlimited plan) which I had never applied for!
I have made several complaints to BSNL but nothing has been done and each month I get billed at Rs 750!
This is cheating and I won’t tolerate this.
I’ve decided to cancel broadband service and be free from this company full of cheats and thieves! Be very careful and check your bills and usage very carefully because you never know when this company will change your plan and hike your charges without your permission!
If you are thinking of going for broadband, wait for a few months because 3G services are going to be introduced by the end of 2008 and its really fast.
