The network of BSNL in karnataka has drastically improved. Few months back so much of coverage problem was there in Bangalore city. But now BSNL is the best in bangalore. They are erecting more and more towers day by day. They are planning to add 400 more towers before March 09.

Transparency in biling and the reachability even in the remote villages of india makes BSNL the best service provider in India. But they have to improve alot in customer service. But as far as the network and technology wise nobody can beat BSNL. Even now the value added services are the cheapest in BSNL. Recently they have reduced the GPRS charges, 5ps/10kb.
