                    This is my first review about a product. Let me tell about BSNL 725 plan in kerala/all circles

This is the best plan one could get from any mobile operators in kerala. Following are the features

1. Free unlimited outgoing to all BSNL mobiles inside kerala
2. Free unlimited SMS to any BSNL mobile inside kerala
3. only 40ps to all mobiles in kerala
4. only 40ps to all bsnl mobile (STD)
5. only 1 rs to all mobile/phone outside kerala
6. 5 Mb GPRS FREE / month after that 10 rs / Mb



                         The main benifit of plan 725 doesnt end here. I applied for 725 plan and got 1 sim. This is normal.But one day i got a call from bsnl there is a jodi offer that i will recieve a jodi sim absoiutely free with no monthly bill for the jodi sim.So i collected it and gave to my friend.later after some month i again received a call from BSNL that there is another jodi sim also free available with no rental like before...so i colllected it and gave to my another friend. Now only 725 rent for my sim and i m getting 3 unique nos. all with same properties like me...ie free calls /free sms...etc as sadi bfore

                       I now share the monthly rent with my friends so in a mont i will get bill of rs 725 and 12.5 % tax so total is  rs = 816rs. I divide by 3 ie each person need to put 272 rs per month.

                       I added SMS package also for my sim ie Rs 25/month so that my sms charge outside BSNL netork in kerala is only 5 paise / sms and 40 paise outside kerala...i bet no operator give this offer.

                      I applied for GPRS unlimited package ie only Rs 199/month so i can be connected always . speed i am getting is 15 KB/s (Kilo BYTES / Second).which is a good speed on move.I am using NOKIA N80 so i use a software called JOIKU which will make the GPRS and transmit in wifi.So i will get a walking hit spot where ever i go. So i can connect my laptop and other devices with wifi..to connect to net.also it will transmit net in bluetooth supported phones (only symbian phones).all this onyl for just Rs 199/month- they provide GPRS only to post paid customers
   
                      The gprs also useful when traveling. bcoz with google maps installed on phone it could track real time in map where we are now exactly.there is no need for mobiles with inbuild GPS(like nokia N95). It uses BSNL tower to locate where we are in map. It is use full in many sitaution where we dont know the place.

                       Also we cud get detailed call log..with incoming and outgoing call duration and date in printed form free of cost every month. Just give a letter to accounts officer where you took this conection they will send it with monthly bill every month.FREE OF COST, Dont call customer care they will tell it is payable. just believe what u see in website not in customer care. They will tell u things which u might laugh..so dont listen to them.

                    Avoid customer care if possible.they dont know nothing.everything is availble in www.bsnl.co.in website and www.keralatelecom.com


                      BSNL are adding new new thigns day by day.....so i trust in BSNL

Note: I am also a airtel customer....bcoz i already given my numbers to many person so i cannot change airtel number.


 Now let me tell that really sucks
1. The customer care is a DUMP  people ,dont know nothing
2. There is charges for delivery report (10 paise / delievery report) - itz annoying
