When something is saying abou a paroduct, many points required to be taken into consideration before making a conclusion. In case of

Mobile Phone service, I think it is only necessary to think about 3 aspects,

          

1. Network Coverage ( irrespective of signal  power)

          

2. Call Tariff

          

3. Customer Service

          

In a country like India, where lion parts are below middle class and compelled to own a mobile, surely looking upon tariff and network.  Customer case service here is not much important, because   in many cases, out of 1000 customers only a few (below 10) are  approaching  customer care centre.  So the main issue is Network, Having its own network  BSNL surely supports customers to talk without break or network busy aletrness like others .   BSNL succeeded in this spectrum eventhou, it is weak in certain area, hope  to be corrected in coming time.

          

The major second issue is Tariff, here the success of BSNL, but I think people are even now not understand the billing procedures of mobile phones, they are mostly get confused by magical advertisement from services provideer and paying high charges.

          

I suggest BSNL a superpower in mobile serives because of the above 2 reasons and recommed every body for Cellone connection.
