Good thing with BSNL broadband is, speed, which is really better than other, so' called high speed 3G mobile internet and other wireless broadbands.
But, once if there is a connection issue starts happening, bills will be paid for months with out any usage or worst serviced usage. Coz, Engineers and Line Men in BSNL are not really focused on fixing the issues instead they are making the customers to suffer for months. To be exact, they are not actually narrow down to fix the technical problems instead keep telling something else without understanding the exact issue.
This is my past 5 months experience(Bangalore, Vivek nagar). First two months were ok. I felt very good with BSNL. But for the last 3 months I suffer from the connectivity issue and paying bills. We cannot really know when the internet will connect and when it will go. Five complaints I have logged in last two months, for this connectivity issue, but still the issue is not closed. I happened to suffer so much with this unreliable BSNL broadband and paying nearly Rs.1100 per month.
