Got a BSNL broadband 3 years ago after a bad experience with Reliance Broadband.Had a landline a few years ago, on taking connextion BSNL revived the same number for me and gave connection instantly.Opted for an unlimited plan so as to use it without any tension.Currently having Broadband Combo 845 plan with free calling to any landline and mobile from 9pm to 7am.Initially had some problems like line getting disconnected which was actually problem with the settings from my side.Complaints as and when made are resolved promptly at max the very next day and at one instance within 5 minutes of registering a complaint.
Sometimes problem occues with the internet card for a particular number in the exchange which is taken care of by keeping some spare lines in case of emergency so that the users are not affected.Bill is paid online and bill records are also stored in their online portal.Recently max speed of 2 mbps announced was quickly implementled and it actually gave the accurate speed till the bandwith permissible limit.
Being a government run company I am satidfied with the service, only tariff is a bit on the upside but until I am getting good service I do not have any complaints about it.
