Bsnl broadband is worst of all other internet connections. Speed is too low and it gets disconnected in between working.
Every time you book a complaint on customer services about bad working of broadband you are assured that this problem will be sorted out within 24 to 48 hours but nothing such happens even after 10 to 15 days. After being patient for a long time and waiting for the time to come when my broadband starts to work as per BSNL tells it to be, I got it disconnected last year?? My suggestion to all internet users - Please dont ever just think to get a BSNL Broadband connection. Its just as to put your money in Garbage bin. Thanks
