I AM USING THIS SERVICE FROM PAST 7 YEARS.I USE THIS FOR ONLY CALLING BECAUSE FOR INTERNET IT IS NOT SUITABLE HERE IN THE RURAL AREA OF PUNJAB.ITS NETWORK COVERAGE IS VERY BAD HERE IT BROKEN AGAIN AND AGAIN SO I COULD NOT USE IT FOR NET I ONLY USE IT FOR CALLING BECAUSE ITS CHEAP COMPARE TO OTHER OPERATERS IT HAS 10 PAISA PER MINUTE PLAIN WHICH I USED.I WRITE MANY TIMES TO BSNL FOR ITS POOR NETWORK COVERAGE BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR THIS.THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD THEY ARE VERY POLITE SO HERE IS NO ANY COMPLAINT THE ONLY THING IS BOTHER ME ITS NETWORK COVERAGE SO PLEASE GIVE ATTENTION TO THIS.
