friends we are using this network from last 12 years and there is a very big problem that its range
It doesn't stays with your phone whenever we try to call with this network
call never connect in the first time it takes two to three times for connecting call on a similar network different network
BSNL call rates and data rates Are less but their services bad
So friends avoid taking BSNL Cellone Excel mobile network
