News is in electronic media that BSNL has launched 144 plan pan India, in this plan local and national calls are free subject to daily usage of 30 minutes on another network.
But sorry to say that we not getting any clearer information about this. No information from bsnl, even paytm do not have any information about 144 plan. Mobikwik is having information but so clumsy that we have to call an expert to understand.
The irony is that when we visit bsnl office they are unable to attend and or give Complete information, but do road shows to increase customers. This is nothing but utter nonsense.
The all staffs at bsnl are almost retired persons they themselves do not know plans and or information.
Though BSNL is largest service providers but signals are weak in main areas of top Cities, people often complain of calls do not mature, and or voice is not clear.
Another alternative is best.
