Many leading telecom companies are providing 4G service in city, but from some months, it's condition is also very pathetic.

So a huge number of people depend on Either BSNL Braodband or ORTEL.
Many organisations has complained and protested many times against BSNL.
But what about BSNL?
BSNL is a leading Internet provider in Odisha, In many parts of Odisha, its providing good service too, But why their service is the poorest in Rourkela, we really have no idea.

Almost every day we get a complain against BSNL Communication, even we are also the sufferer of BSNL.

Rajesh from Basanti Colony says, My friend in Uditnagar use the same BSNL connection, Our plan is also the same, but my connection is too slow, that I have to keep a dongle too with me, so what is the need of using this broadband.
In last three months, I have not used a single MB data from BSNL, It is the worst Company I have ever seen, Even when you complain, their so called engineer comes after 5days, and just after one day I have to complain again, But yes his agent comes on time to collect money and when I complain to him, He says I have no connection with the service part, You have to file a complain again.

Kailash from Chhend says, I remember When I had called for new connection, their agent reached my home at 10: 30PM even when it was raining so heavily, But we have neither net connection not cable connection from 20days, but no one from BSNL is visible till today after many complaints.

Sonali Panda Says I am not getting internet for last seventeen days. They don't bother with my complaints.
And she has asked us to post this at least to aware other Roureklites who is going to take new Internet Connection.

Pushpak from sec 17 says, I have an unlimited plan of Rs. 600, But couldn't use a single MB data due to so much slow connection, I have complained many times, but no one is there to listen, As I am a student, its too necessary for me to have a internet connection, but their service is too worst, and my parents are deciding to cut the net connection because of BSNL.

Praban from STI says - I got a Call from BSNL guys after I disconnected my BSNL connection 2months back, its really irritating sitting in front of PC with no/ Slow net connection.
It takes around 20mins to open a page, who have that much of patience?
They said they have change the bandwidth speed, But I said a big sorry.
NO BSNL EVER AGAIN.
