BSNL is provide bad Network services. Review on BSNL CellOne / Excel Mobile Operator

BSNL is the indian Government mobile company.when you call to any person then computer say that customer is busy and not reachable.This is main problem of BSNL.Its provide very very poor network services.Its Calling plan and internet plan is expensive.Every people can not use this BSNL service.Its prepaid and Postpaid service is very bad.its worst customer service.when you tried contact to the customer care for you problem short out then its not connect once and again and again try contact to the customer care.If your call connect to the customer care wronly then not short out the problem of customer.In many rural areas Network signal is low.In areas signal strength very low and its not provide full network signal strength.This same as condition is my village.Here is very low signal quality.Sometimes I can't talk to my relatives due to network problems.I contacted to the customer for short out this problem but not short out this problem till now.In last, I would like to say that this network is worst.I am not satisfy to the network.
