Sir I am using BSNL for a long time . since the first day I am facing the problem of bad signal quality.
I have used BSNL in several cities but sorry to say performace is very bad.
One may ask why I am using bsnl if I have problem. so answer to that is BSNL is my country's enterprise I want to be part of it. Many a time I got frustrated but my heart never allow me to go private sector service provider.
Please Improve it. PM is always advocates to make our psu's consolidate but giving such kind of bad service is definitely break the dream of Our PM .
I know my one mail cant change anything and also my mail would not be taken seriously either.
So its my askt to your upper management that how will you survive in this competitive environment?
I have Idea connection also . I don't want it but you guys made me to do so.
I wish good Luck to BSNL and accept my apology for being sharp.
