Never ever go for BSNL. Review on BSNL CellOne / Excel Mobile Operator

I am using the BSNL sercice from a long time and I think no one can do anything with it because it is owned by Indian goverment and no one cares what services they are providing expensive call rates for STD and worst internet I have used 2-3 times BSNL cellular data and after that I am not in a situation till now to dare to use its internet its 3G is worst that other 2G network again and again its loosing its connectivity the thing which is good with this is cheap internet packks but what you will do with it if you are not been able to use it is just waste of money and I dont know it happens only with me or my location UP East the voice quality is average and network is quiet poor in some locations but I dont recommend it to anyone and last but not the least its customer support its representatives are like retired people from doordarshan
