I am very old customer of BSNL. I have been using this network since 10 years. As compare to other networks, I always got better discounts and cheap call rates. Talking about the data plans that are also very cheap as compare to other networks. But now, time has come, I am tired from it. The reason is, BSNL is not working on their network issue. Today it has been a week ago, I am not able to receive and make calls from BSNL sim. Even I am not able to make call to customer care for complaint. BSNL has started giving offers for competition to their customers but forget their issues. It was the time, BSNL was my favourite network but now it is just a headache for me.
