Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which provides the services of internet access which was owned by state government since january 2005, I am using this service from march 2015. The speed is very good and the quality is also very best in class.
BSNL is almost the main dependable service with low cost and the offers giving by them is also very attractive for middle class personal.
compared to the service provided by others BSNL is very low and in each and every aspect we need to bribe to get our work smoothly. The persons who came and give connection is also need money even they done their duty.
Support point of view is also very poor, I have got a problem in billing before 3 months and till now it was not solved. I am fed up with their service and know I want to disconnect the connection. So if any other service is available take that and dont go to BSNL.
