I live in nagpur may vary from region to region . More the budget better the package and speed.
2) The best thing about bsnl is even a lower class family can afford, its packages are that flexible.
3)If you live in an urban area there is no issues regarding connections
Rural areas it may vary depending on the locations and availability of towers
4) They provide good service and support to all the customers
