Hi I have been using bsnl broadband from last 6-7 months. Its speed is very slow some times. It gives around 100 kb per seconds . When I called customer care service centre she said they had filed a complaint and so I will get a message on my registered no. But I got no message. So I called them again after one week and told them that I want my connection removed, and then they solved my problem on that day itself.
Moreover I was told that I will get a bill of 545 rs monthly, but my bill comes of 800 rs per month . It includes taxes and some rent also. But these people didn't informed me about these extra charges which are aplicable on the bill amount before giving this connection. So I feel cheated by them.
Speed is ok .
