I was using bsnl LL for the past 20 years. I applied for a BB connection at trivandrum- kudappanakkunnu. THey told me to purchase modem. I purchased a modem and applied for the connection. after 3 days I went there and they give me a mobile number, told me to contact this number they will provide connection. when I called, he give me another number, and the second party give me another number, the third party give me again the first number.
I contacted him and he shouted at me. I became very angry. I went to customer cae and cancelled my connection request, without asking anything they cancelled. next day I applied for Asianet bb connection, same day evening I got connection and is working good.
As a govt employee I tried to use BSNL connection . But they forced me to take a sianet BB
