Hello guys, I live at Paschim Vihar New Delhi 110063, Every month a staff visit to my residence and takes the reading of meter of electricity consumption per unit and provides a bill. But they charges more by adding more units by himself and telling that this is the actual reading. what is this? If we asks him about deep information of additional units and charges then he starts arguing.
Does this is the service given to customers from BSES, we pay for what we use and he should talk politely to every customers to maintain their dignity. I am totally unsatisfied from their service.
When any major problems occurs with respect to electricity we contact service branch they replays very late and also give late service. They dont ever cares for any problems of customers, the only thing they know to gain profit from all sides by doing no work.
Very Very pathetic condition and service by BSES and rude behavior.
