Hello Friends,
My Name is Dharmendra Kumar. Currently I am working in a reputed BPO company as a quality Analyst.
Being a quality Analyst in voice process I was looking for a institute where I can improve my English up to the mark with every aspect of voice(Pace, pitch, volume, rhythm). I am fortunate I got BM English.
After joining BM with the help of the help of one of the best trainer JAYSHREE Ma'am. I improved my English. Various activities helped me a lot to become confident. Group discussion, Interview practice, Speech days sharpen my English.
Before joining BM I was missing eye contact with audience while speaking. I had pronunciation issues.
But Ma'am Helped me lot. Today as well if I face some issues, immediately I contact to Ma'am and get proper help. I never seen such faculties.
