Hi guys today im going to talk about Axis bank . It is one of the well known branch in india .See I dont know too much about the banks and their policies, what I know only is the experienced that I had with this bank. So, today I will share my bad experience that has happened to me with this bank.
Firstly, im going to start with the availability of the bank . I will not talk about whole india I will talk about the area where I live . So, where I live at that place there is not even a single bank available of this branch where as other branch have there banl located at this area . For me and the people who are joined with this branch have to face too many problems like if we want to change our SMS alert mobile no . we need to travel around 10-15 km to go the axis bank. Not only it irritates the person but also we have to spend our money for upside down.
Not only the banks but only two ATMs of acis bank are located in our area and most of the time the cash in not in it or the ATM is closed . They promise to keep it open 24 X 7 never stand to their promise . And we will take the cash from other bank they are going to cut tax from us so in one or the other way the loss is of only mine. Im not a big fan of its phone banking either .They really need to work on that as some of its application should work offloine because not always we can work online there are many problems we have sometimes network is not here sometimes data is finished so I think they should look after this problem so that the client feel bit comfortable using phone banking . They should try to change there theme regularly t attract the customers attention .
Internet banking means that we can transfer our money online and can do many other things . But I will talk about the money transfer facility, it has happened with two to three times that while I was transferring my money online and them the transaction suddenly stops and the message comes that you have debited xxx amount of money whereas the have not transfered to the person I want to and then it takes them long time to return me that money.
Even there customer service is not good they took so much time to return me that money so this tells us that how irresponsible they are towards there customers and mostly in place of solving the problem they just convience there client that u dont every thing will be fine and we will solve your problem ASAP.
So this were the problems what I face with axis bank it s totally genuine and I hope that bamk will try ope there branch in my area and also at that places where it is not available . I hope u understand my point by this review.
