I am the loyal customer of axis bank. I am facing very pathetic service from axis bank. Process of account opening I gave all the document to the sale manager with 10000 rs cheque and the sales manager commited me that my account will be activate in next 7 working days but their commitment failed. I complained to customer care and ceo of axis bank through mail after 3 week I did'nt got any positive revert. My account got activated after 1 month 13 days.
Than I changed my registered mobile number by ATM card, after few days without my permission my new registered mobile number change to my old registered number. Again I request to customer care ask them how It happened ? Their answer was so frustrating that it was my fault, That I myself changed my new registered number. Than I ask them that which registered number is showing of my account on your data base. They told the new registered number is registered. At that time in my system showing the old registered number. They had no answer and after that they put my call on hold for 1 hour and that call disconnected.
I will request to axis bank please work hard on your service.
