I am using AXIS BANK from last 2 years since I got a salary account from my previous employer.
It has a wonderful instant response service where you would get your last 5 transaction, balance inquiry and other services by just giving a miss call or by sending a text to their phone banking number. The best thing is the mobile app which they have launched and it's very user friendly. It is very nice app and you can almost do all the transaction on it without even visiting the bank at any point of time.
There are many ATM machine located at almost all the location. You would definitely find AXIS BANK's ATM at almost all the railway station and even all the ATM machine of different banks also accept AXIS BANK'S card making it very easily to withdraw money at the go.
I am also using its internet banking facility so you can download your historic bank statement, do fund transfer and update your contact information by just login into the internet banking however all this features are also available on the mobile application.
The only sad part is the customer service, I had couple of issues in the beginning where in I had to contact the customer service but the response which I used to get was not appropriate and was always given wrong information. The customer service representatives also couldn't communicate properly However it was later resolved and my query were resolved in a timely manner.
So guys I would suggest you to at least try AXIS BANK once and I can assure you that you would definitely like the service which you will get.!
