Hi friends, here is your friend heteram and today I will share my experience on
axis bank. I had account and credit card with axis bank from 2013. It was good when the account was opened and service was better, but going forward for a year. This bank is becoming worse day by day and service offered is not good. After using credit card for a year, I started to see plenty of unknown charges and when I contacted the bank they said it's tax and other charges. But they are not able to explain why I've seen such charges on my statement. Phone banking is worst part of them, they'll disconnect the call after long time hold. Please don't use this bank.
