Since Demonetization, Banks behave that they are the owner of your money and account. They behave as such they are not serving you but they are doing some kind of charity work and they are volunteers so they can either do it or they can deny doing it for the sake of it.
How can someone charge you without sending an invoice. On asking for invoice, they say that they have already sent it. When asked the proof or courier company from which they have sent, they tell me that they cannot provide me with the proof.
Charges after charges after charges - Thats all the bank wants. I have no problem paying the charges provided they give me the service. But visit any of their busy branches and you will know how much they care! Even SBI people are more responsive than Axis Bank. They work as if they own you. Its been months now that I have tried to get them to stop charging me for Debit Card that I am not using. But I don't know what to do now.
