Axis bank is third largest private bank in India. Customer service is not bad. Account opening process is also very easy. But main problem with this bank is that after opening saving account bank staffs repeatedly disturb for investing in different scheme. They will call repeatedly through mobile and try to influence to keep money in various scheme. This is very bad. They offer loan. But they do not give 100% loan money to customers. Around 10-15% money they deduct from loan amount and force customers to invest in other scheme. The loan interest of this bank is very high as compare to other bank.
I am requesting to the Axis bank to rectify the above mentioned points, then it will be beneficial to the customers.
