The most horrible private bank in terms of needlessly charging accountholders for silly things like SMS charges, even if the accountholder has never opted for such a service. This service was added by default and now for cancellation, bank says we cant do it online.u have to visit our branch office.
And this is just one problem that I am publicly listing over here. But overall also, very poor in handling customer requests. Worse than a PSU bank or a Government office. I would not recommend anyone at all to open a bank account here.
