They say pay bills and get cashback but whenever I try to go through bills payment page it says we are encountering error. Once it took the money and said failed transaction. When I called customer care they said it got credited to the vendor. But I got the money back after 8 days and I missed my discounted bill date and ended up paying 50 bucks extra.
Also about the mobile app, whenever I try to do fund transfer it says error is encountered. Never I was able to make a successful fund transfer from mobile app. I use it only for checking balance. What is the point I don't get it.
