I opened my account on Axis Bank( then UTI bank) in the year 2004 when a new branch of this bank(Garia Branch) was opened near to my home.From the very beginning, I liked the professional approach, courteous behavior of the bank people and whenever I visited my branch for any issue, they were always helpful and co operative.
The branch is only 10 minutes distance from my place and this branch also has an ATM in the bank premise. So, it is easier for me to use this bank service.
Apart, they have installed a money depositing machine inside the bank recently, so no more waiting in the queue to deposit money, you can do it yourself with in minutes!Internet Banking facility of this bank is excellent. I have got net banking and with in one click of mouse I can transfer money, pay my bills, open RD, FD accounts, pay my credit card bills. So, it is indeed a great option.
Apart from my savings account, I opted for 2 Recurring Deposit accounts with them and also allowed a Credit card from this bank last year.
I am more or less satisfied with their banking service and they also helped me to change my address when I relocated to new apartment in my area.
But, I am not fully satisfied with their credit card division. They should me more clear and transparent to the bank customers before assigning a credit card.
And one thing, in the beginning, they were more dedicated even to a single customer, but now with increase number of account holders my branch has become a crowded place and I do not feel the same comfort feel now visiting there, as it used to be.
Still, I am recommending this bank and my Garia branch as I am a loyal customer for them for last 11 years.
